    Stock: Add, Receive, Issue

    • Maintain Item now has a submenu: Add Stock, Stock Receive and Stock Issue
    • Add Stock opens the stock list first; Add New Stock at the top is where name, price and warranty are entered
    • Stock items are categorised as Service, Accessories, Spare Part, New Device or Used Device
    • Stock Receive increases an existing balance; Stock Issue reduces it and blocks over-issue
    • Stock warranty is written on quotations and invoices, including the printout and WhatsApp
    • Stock Receive and Stock Issue have a reference number field
    • Stock Receive and Stock Issue open on a list; the New button at the top records a new entry
